I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, although the dance floor could get a bit crowded at times. The service was exceptional, with the manager being extremely nice and accommodating. The location was convenient, with various activities and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially with the Clubhouse offering a continental breakfast on the 17th floor.

My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While the outstanding support in organizing all the rooms was commendable, the rooms themselves were a bit dated and didn't cool down enough. The cleanliness level was a letdown, and it felt a bit dirty. The service was subpar, with unapologetic and unattentive staff at both the reception desk and in the room service.
