I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, although the dance floor could get a bit crowded at times. The service was exceptional, with the manager being extremely nice and accommodating. The location was convenient, with various activities and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially with the Clubhouse offering a continental breakfast on the 17th floor.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled in the heart of Raleigh with numerous nearby dining options and attractions. The rooms, however, fell short of expectations with cleanliness issues and an uncomfortable feel. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff readily available. The dining experience was pleasant but could have been enhanced with more diverse options. On the positive side, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While the outstanding support in organizing all the rooms was commendable, the rooms themselves were a bit dated and didn't cool down enough. The cleanliness level was a letdown, and it felt a bit dirty. The service was subpar, with unapologetic and unattentive staff at both the reception desk and in the room service. However, the location was very convenient for both business and leisure activities.
